Changing lives through

Sailing,Teamwork,Confidence,Opportunity

We create life changing opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds through the power of sailing.

Opportunities that build skills confidence, and brighter futures

We work with the ground-breaking Greig City Academy to help students benefit from sailing at all levels.

The life skills they gain open pathways to employment opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.

The sailing programme improves outcomes at school, broadens young peoples’ horizons and opens access to new life opportunities. Those at risk of heading down harmful paths are supported to make better choices.

“I was going nowhere with school. But when I started sailing, I saw the point of learning. I was one of the youngest people ever to do the Fastnet. It’s a million miles from my situation in Haringey. Sailing has taught me organisation, resilience and the importance of hard work.”

Jaydon Owusu

Jaydon went on to undertake a 4 year cadetship with UKSA, and is building out his career as a professional sailor.
