We raise funds...
to support disadvantaged young people, particularly through our long-standing partnership with Greig City Academy (GCA) – a state secondary school and sixth form in one of London’s most deprived boroughs. The GCA sailing programme provides an exceptional depth and breadth of experience, helping students accelerate their learning and personal growth. Every donation helps us sustain and expand this work.

by sharing success stories to inform and inspire. We highlight the achievements of GCA students, advocate for greater diversity & inclusion in sailing – showing that with the right support, anyone can find success on the water. Through talks, media, and partnerships, we engage in the wider conversation about access and representation in the sport.
We nurture potential...
encouraging every student to get out on the water. Sailing often becomes the motivation to attend school, and sessions take place within the timetable at no cost to families. As confidence grows, students progress to weekend sailing, overnight stays and open-water voyages.

for students who show particular passion and aptitude, we provide pathways to accelerate their learning through specialist coaching, qualifications and elite racing opportunities. Many achieve Royal Yachting Association (RYA) certifications, become instructors or crew in national competitions. With mentorship and the right opportunities, young sailors go on to achieve remarkable things.

our support doesn’t stop when students leave school. We help young people take the next step towards meaningful careers – whether that’s in the marine industry, sailing world, or other professional paths. We connect them with employers, business leaders and recruiters across the sailing community, ensuring their talent and determination are recognised and rewarded.
